Why free email doesn't fit a company

Frequently asked questions
Does it work with my existing domain?
Yes. It doesn't matter where the domain is registered — we prepare the DNS records and hand them to you, or set them up ourselves with your permission.
What happens to my old mail?
If you already have a mailbox we migrate the messages across. The old mailbox keeps working until the migration finishes.
Can you read my mail?
No. ePoct stores no mail — there is no message table in our database. The system connects to your mail server and shows the messages from there.
Does it work with Outlook or the mail app on my phone?
Yes. Mailboxes use standard IMAP/SMTP, so you can connect any mail client.
How long does it take?
If the domain is ready, usually one business day. DNS changes sometimes take a few hours to propagate.
