ePoct, hostinqlə birlikdə təqdim olunan biznes poçtu və komanda ünsiyyəti xidmətidir: veb-poçt (mail.epoct.az), masaüstü (macOS, Windows) və mobil (iOS, Android) tətbiqlər. Tətbiqləri Atropatena Holding MMC (Bakı, Azərbaycan) hazırlayıb. Bu sənəd hansı məlumatları, nə üçün və necə emal etdiyimizi izah edir.

1. Hansı məlumatları emal edirik

• Hesab və qutu. E-poçt ünvanınız, adınız, istəyə bağlı profil şəkli; rəhbər daxil edibsə, şirkət kataloqunda vəzifə və telefon. Poçt qutunuzun şifrəsi ePoct serverlərində şifrələnmiş saxlanılır: ePoct sizin adınıza poçt serverinizə (IMAP/SMTP) qoşulsun deyə. O, heç kimə ötürülmür.
• Məktublar. Məktublarınız poçt serverinizdə (hostinqinizdə) qalır. ePoct onları göstərmək üçün sorğu ilə oxuyur; məktubların məzmununu öz serverlərimizdə saxlamırıq. Tətbiqlər və veb-poçt sürətli açılış üçün son məktubların siyahısını yalnız sizin cihazınızda saxlaya bilər.
• Komanda söhbəti, səsli mesajlar, tapşırıqlar, kontaktlar. ePoct-da yaratdığınız mesajlar, səs yazıları, tapşırıqlar, onların faylları və ünvan kitabçası ePoct serverlərində saxlanılır ki, komandanız onlara çata bilsin.
• Texniki məlumatlar. Təhlükəsizlik üçün giriş vaxtı, IP ünvanı və cihazın adı (sessiyalar siyahısı), sui-istifadənin qarşısını almaq üçün isə sorğu sayları qeydə alınır.
• Ödənişlər. Paket və faktura ödənişləri hostinq.az və Epoint üzərindən keçir. Kart məlumatlarınızı ePoct görmür və saxlamır.

2. Şirkət rəhbərinin imkanları

İş poçtu hesabları şirkətə məxsusdur və domenin sahibi (şirkət rəhbəri) tərəfindən idarə olunur. Rəhbər:

• komanda üzvlərinin qutularını yarada, şifrəsini dəyişə, silə və sessiyalarını bağlaya bilər;
• komanda üzvlərinin ePoct-dakı yazışmalarına baxa bilər;
• komanda üzvünün iş qutusunu açıb baxa bilər («Qutuya daxil ol»);
• tapşırıqların icmalını və poçt statistikasını (gələn və göndərilən məktubların sayını) görə bilər.

Bu baxışların hər biri şirkətin audit jurnalına yazılır. Rəhbərin baxışı zamanı məktublarınız «oxunmuş» kimi işarələnmir. İş hesabını şəxsi yazışmalar üçün işlətməməyi tövsiyə edirik.

3. Məlumatlardan nə üçün istifadə edirik

Yalnız xidməti göstərmək üçün: poçtu göstərmək və göndərmək, komanda söhbəti və tapşırıqlar, hesabın təhlükəsizliyi (iki mərhələli təsdiq, sessiyalar), ödənişlər və dəstək. Məlumatlarınızı satmırıq və reklam üçün istifadə etmirik. Tətbiqlərdə üçüncü tərəf izləmə və ya analitika aləti yoxdur.

4. Kimlərlə paylaşırıq

• Hostinq.az: ePoct serverləri və poçt serverləriniz onun infrastrukturunda işləyir.
• Epoint: kart ödənişlərini emal edir.
• Google Firebase Cloud Messaging: Android tətbiqinə yeni məktub bildirişini çatdırır (5-ci bəndə baxın).
• Qanunla tələb olunduqda: səlahiyyətli dövlət orqanları.

Məlumatlarınızı başqa heç kimə ötürmürük.

5. Bildirişlər

Tətbiq açıq olanda yeni məktub bildirişi cihazınızın özündə yaradılır. Android tətbiqi bağlı olanda isə serverimiz yeni məktubu görüb bildirişi Google Firebase Cloud Messaging (FCM) vasitəsilə göndərir. Bu bildirişdə yalnız göndərənin adı və ünvanı, məktubun mövzusu və tanıdıcısı olur; məktubun mətni və qoşmaları göndərilmir. Bunun üçün cihazınızın push tokeni serverimizdə saxlanılır və hesabdan çıxanda silinir. Bildirişləri tətbiqin ayarlarında və ya telefonun parametrlərində söndürə bilərsiniz.

6. Saxlanma və silinmə

Məlumatlar hesab aktiv olduğu müddətdə saxlanılır. Hesabınızı istənilən vaxt tətbiqin içindən silə bilərsiniz: telefonda Profil → «Hesabı sil», kompüter tətbiqində Daha çox → «Hesabı sil», vebdə Ayarlar → Təhlükəsizlik → «Hesabı sil». Ətraflı: hesabın silinməsi.

Hesab silinəndə bütün cihazlardakı sessiyalarınız, serverdə saxlanmış qutu şifrəsi, kontaktlar, imzalar, ayarlar, şəxsi tapşırıqlar, iki mərhələli təsdiq, giriş tarixçəsi, profil şəkli və loqo silinir. Poçt qutunuz və məktublarınız şirkətinizin poçt serverindədir və onları şirkətinizin rəhbəri idarə edir. Komandanın söhbət və tapşırıq tarixçəsi şirkətə məxsusdur və «Silinmiş istifadəçi» adı ilə qalır. hostinq.az hesabı ayrıca hesabdır; onun bağlanmasını info@epoct.az ünvanına yazaraq istəyə bilərsiniz.

Rəhbər işçini komandadan çıxaranda və ya qutusunu siləndə həmin işçinin ePoct sessiyaları, kataloq qeydi və serverdəki qutu şifrəsi silinir. Silinməni info@epoct.az ünvanına yazaraq da istəyə bilərsiniz. Ehtiyat nüsxələr məhdud müddət saxlanılır və sonra silinir.

7. Təhlükəsizlik

Bütün bağlantılar şifrələnir (HTTPS/TLS). Qutu şifrələri serverdə şifrələnmiş saxlanılır. İki mərhələli təsdiq mövcuddur; aktiv sessiyalarınızı görüb bağlaya bilərsiniz.

8. Hüquqlarınız

«Fərdi məlumatlar haqqında» Azərbaycan Respublikasının Qanununa uyğun olaraq məlumatlarınızla tanış olmaq, onlara düzəliş etmək və silinməsini tələb etmək hüququnuz var. Müraciət: info@epoct.az.

9. Uşaqlar

ePoct iş üçündür və 16 yaşından kiçiklər üçün nəzərdə tutulmayıb.

10. epoct.az saytı

Sayt şriftləri Google Fonts-dan yükləyir; bu zaman brauzeriniz Google serverlərinə müraciət edir. Saytda izləmə və ya reklam kodu yoxdur.

Privacy Policy

ePoct is a business email and team communication service offered together with web hosting: webmail (mail.epoct.az), desktop apps (macOS, Windows) and mobile apps (iOS, Android). The apps are developed by Atropatena Holding MMC (Baku, Azerbaijan). This policy explains what data we process, why and how.

1. Data we process

• Account and mailbox. Your email address, name, optional profile photo; job title and phone in the company directory if your manager adds them. Your mailbox password is stored encrypted on ePoct servers so that ePoct can connect to your mail server (IMAP/SMTP) on your behalf. It is never shared.
• Email. Your messages stay on your mail server (your hosting). ePoct reads them on request to display them; we do not store message content on our servers. The apps and webmail may keep a list of recent messages on your device only, for fast start-up.
• Team chat, voice messages, tasks, contacts. Messages, voice recordings, tasks, their files and your address book created in ePoct are stored on ePoct servers so your team can access them.
• Technical data. Sign-in time, IP address and device name (session list) for security, and request counts to prevent abuse.
• Payments. Plan and invoice payments go through hostinq.az and Epoint. ePoct never sees or stores your card details.

2. What company managers can do

Business email accounts belong to the company and are managed by the domain owner (company manager). A manager can:

• create, change the password of, delete and sign out team members' mailboxes;
• view team members' conversations in ePoct chat;
• open and view a team member's work mailbox ("Open mailbox");
• see task summaries and mail statistics (counts of received and sent messages).

Each of these views is recorded in the company's audit log. Messages are not marked as read when a manager views them. We recommend not using a work account for personal correspondence.

3. How we use data

Only to provide the service: showing and sending email, team chat and tasks, account security (two-step verification, sessions), payments and support. We do not sell your data or use it for advertising. The apps contain no third-party tracking or analytics.

4. Who we share data with

• Hostinq.az: ePoct servers and your mail servers run on its infrastructure.
• Epoint: processes card payments.
• Google Firebase Cloud Messaging: delivers new-mail notifications to the Android app (see section 5).
• Competent authorities, where required by law.

We do not share your data with anyone else.

5. Notifications

While the app is open, new-mail notifications are created on your device. When the Android app is closed, our server detects new mail and sends the notification through Google Firebase Cloud Messaging (FCM). The notification contains only the sender's name and address, the subject and a message identifier; the message body and attachments are not sent. For this, your device's push token is stored on our server and deleted when you sign out. You can turn notifications off in the app settings or in your phone settings.

6. Retention and deletion

Data is kept while the account is active. You can delete your account at any time from inside the app: on the phone go to Profile → «Delete account», in the desktop app More → «Delete account», on the web Settings → Security → «Delete account». Details: account deletion.

Deleting the account removes your sessions on all devices, the stored mailbox password, contacts, signatures, settings, personal tasks, two-step verification, sign-in history, profile photo and logo. Your mailbox and messages live on your company's mail server and are managed by your company's manager. Team chat and task history belong to the company and remain under the name «Deleted user». A hostinq.az account is a separate account; you can ask for it to be closed at info@epoct.az.

When a manager removes a team member or deletes their mailbox, that person's ePoct sessions, directory entry and stored mailbox password are deleted. You can also request deletion at info@epoct.az. Backups are kept for a limited time and then deleted.

7. Security

All connections are encrypted (HTTPS/TLS). Mailbox passwords are stored encrypted. Two-step verification is available, and you can review and close your active sessions.

8. Your rights

Under the Law of the Republic of Azerbaijan "On Personal Data" you have the right to access, correct and request deletion of your data. Contact: info@epoct.az.

9. Children

ePoct is a business tool and is not intended for anyone under 16.

10. The epoct.az website

The website loads fonts from Google Fonts, so your browser contacts Google's servers. The website contains no tracking or advertising code.
